Be bold and mighty forces will come to your aid
– Basil King, Canadian Writer (not Goethe!)
What is life without taking risks? Allowing slight shifts in your path, making big decisions such as taking a job that will trigger a change in your career, or accepting a marriage proposal even if it will mean to move away somewhere new with your spouse, deciding to sell your house, and moving to another city or even to another country.
Taking calculated and rational risks are good for us because they make us push our limits, our boundaries. They lead us towards new beginnings. Understandably, it is hard to make life-altering changes, as human beings feel the safest when they are allowed to keep their routines but isn’t it great to challenge yourself? To take the first step towards the unknown?
The creativity and flexibility in human nature are immense. We get used to everything with time, and most things become more bearable within 21 days of trying and practicing it. We do not forget anything, and we still miss thousands of little things about the loved one that we have lost, but at least we learn to live with it.
Besides, we are capable of creating and manifesting anything we want, so why not be courageous, adventurous, and a little avant-garde? The more we let ourselves go with new plans and ideas, the more we will feel the universe’s support pushing us forward.
Acknowledge your flexibility and celebrate it, accept it, benefit from it. Because you can…
