“No matter what I do, no matter how hard I try, things don’t go the way I want them to”
“The decisions I make turn out to be often wrong”
“I keep experiencing problems because of others (my boss, my colleagues, my spouse, etc.)”
“I am not brave enough to try new or risky things”
“I find it difficult to ask for help from others”
“My ideas don’t get the value they deserve”
It’s okay if one or more of these thoughts pass through your mind from time to time, and obviously, you are not the only one feeling that way. Every once in awhile, self-doubt creeps into anyone’s mind. You might feel incompetent, not enough, self-conscious, even like a loser.
The main source of all these self-sabotaging thoughts are the solidified beliefs that the society thought you all your life, by brain-washing you and everyone else, at home, at school, at work. Don’t get me wrong, people who thought those beliefs to you had good intentions through and through. Whatever they etched into your minds were all for your benefit in their eyes.
Because of those limiting and undermining beliefs you often keep your true potential on a short leash at the subconscious level, making impossible for you to discover your true limits. You can’t even realize how powerful those beliefs are, and how they prevent you from living as you wish.
Your subconscious mind is often like a minefield full of mostly obsolete programs and beliefs that have nothing to do with who you are or who you want to become. These powerful yet restrictive programs affect almost every aspect of your lives, including your relationships, self-confidence, financial standing, career choices, and even mental and physical health.
But now my friends, your eyes are opening wider and wider every day. You are becoming more and more aware of your potential. You know your true beliefs start and end in you. You are now becoming capable of recognizing those beliefs that do not serve you anymore. It is becoming easier and easier for you to eliminate them one by one. You are starting to see everything around you from a different perspective. By removing damaging, self-diminishing beliefs, you free yourself. You unleash the limitless potential you possess.
Try to look at yourself and your beliefs from an objective point of view. Determine which ones to keep and which ones to remove. And let the bad ones go. You will feel lighter as you let the harmful beliefs go. Start with just one and go from there. You can do it. I believe in you.
