Hello & Welcome!

Today is December 3rd, 2018. This is my new blog and you are reading my first post. I am extremely excited about being able to share all the information I have that will help you cleanse both your body and your soul at the same time.

After a few difficult months that my husband and I had to endure due to some career problems, I decided to start meditating. Then, when the New Year came, I have made it my ‘New Year’s Resolution” to meditate every day. As far as I remember, I did not skip meditating even a day since the beginning of October 2017.

PS: Though, I have just realized that I did not meditate today, and I will do so, as soon as I finish this blog entry, and right before I start preparing dinner 🙂 

I have lots to say about the benefits of meditation, and I would love to share it with you all my friends. Because I want to help to grow the number of people meditating every day, one person at a time, as I believe if everyone in the World would meditate, this would be a completely different planet, filled with peace, tolerance, empathy, and understanding.

I also have lots to tell you about physical health. Juicing, healthy eating, essential oils, and gentle workouts. Furthermore; I want to ask you questions and try to answer yours. I want this blog to have a pattern of a dialogue, rather than a monologue by me. 

So, there it is; my little blog. I hope you drop by from time to time, and read, learn, share, contribute, ask, answer and enjoy.

I am very happy and excited. And I love you!!! Namaste
